Abstracts
Abstracts are invited for poster presentation of topics relating to Intravenous Anaesthesia. Abstracts will be considered for publication in 'Anaesthesia' and should be submitted to Dr Ali Diba at the address below by Friday 22nd October. Text should be in a fully justified column 8 cm wide and no more than 22 cm high, Times New Roman, size 8 pt. The following sections should be indicated as appropriate using bold type: Title, Authors, Institution, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Acknowledgements, References (maximum 3). A single Figure or Table (B&W) is allowable but must fit into the allotted space.
Authors of abstracts selected for poster presentation may also be invited to make a short oral presentation during the free paper session on Friday morning. Acceptance of abstracts, and whether oral presentation is invited, will be confirmed by 1st November.

The Cardinal Health Prize will be awarded for the best free paper presentation by a Trainee Anaesthetist. Free meeting registration will be offered to all those whose papers are accepted for poster or oral presentation. |
