Vehicle and pedestrian access is exclusively via the entrance on London Road where there is a security checkpoint.
Photographic ID is required and only delegates and exhibitors who have registered in advance for the meeting will be permitted access.
On-site registration is not possible.

Delegates registering for the meeting may book rooms at the nearby Frimley Hall Hotel through the online registration system.
A limited number of rooms is available.

Parking is available at the hotel.
A coach will be provided to transport delegates between the meeting and the hotel at the following times on Thu 24th Nov:

23.30 Coach from AMD to Frimley Hall Hotel

Rail travel:

The nearest rail station is Camberley, 10 mins walk from the AMD; one mile from the Frimley Hall Hotel.
Journey time from London Waterloo to Camberley is 75 mins.

Blackwater rail station is 1.5 miles from the AMD and 2.7 miles from the hotel but has better connections to some destinations e.g. Gatwick Airport.

There are no taxi stands at Camberley or Blackwater stations so if a taxi is required it should be ordered by telephone. See taxi information below.

Air travel:

Heathrow is the closest major airport to the AMD (25 miles by road)

From Heathrow, travel options include taking a bus from Heathrow to Feltham Station then a train from Reading to Camberley (total journey time about 90 mins) or taking a taxi.

Gatwick airport is further away but there are hourly direct trains from the airport to Blackwater Station (journey time 1 hour).

Taxis:

Any taxi company may drop off or pick up passengers at the security checkpoint just off London Road. However, only the following companies are permitted to go beyond the checkpoint to the AMD buiding itself:
